Volvo In-car Delivery is a service to deliver items directly to your Volvo. An authorized service provider will receive a unique digital key for your vehicle, which is equipped with Volvo On Call. This allows you to select your Volvo as the delivery location and track the delivery in real time.
Register your Volvo ID with us. Shop online with our partners. Select the "Volvo In-car Delivery" option.
You determine the time and place of delivery. Our delivery partners receive a temporary digital key and place the goods in the trunk of your vehicle without you having to be present.
You can follow every step of your delivery directly in our portal. After delivery, we will notify you by e-mail or SMS. Then the goods will already be in your vehicle.

In order for you to use Volvo In-car Delivery, you only need a Volvo with Volvo On Call (from 2012) and a valid Volvo On Call account.
Once you have confirmed your order and selected your vehicle as delivery loca-tion, the delivery service will receive a temporary digital key to deliver the goods to your Volvo. In-Car delivery, our new, innovative service is transparent and secure. You can track every step of your order. As soon as the ordered goods are delivered and your vehicle has been locked again, you will receive an alert. When the delivery is completed, the digital key loses it’s validity.
